Gnocchi for students!
Good evening, everyone!
How are you all doing today?
今日の沖縄はさっむいですねぇ！！
It is very cold for Okinawa!
However, I love this weather although it is cold!
今週は生徒さんにニョッキを作りました!
日本ではあまり見かけない食材ですが、今回はデザートにしました。
It is very warm and the smell of cinnamon will make you very happy!
始めにシナモンスティックを使うのですが、そのフライパンの中といったらとても良い香りがしてたまりません！！
I love cinnamon!
I will soon be making cinnamon sweets for next month!!
I can’t wait to make them!
来月のメニューはまだ内緒です♪

所でシナモンは、米国では「暖かい」香りがする事で有名で、その為デザートだけではなく色々なお料理に使われています。
その一つがシナモンニョッキでした。
It tastes a lot like mochi.
However, it is actually potatoes. I used paprika, spinach, and potato gnocchi.
シナモンの香りを楽しんで頂けると嬉しいです♪
What kind of cinnamon dish can you make?
シナモンを使った品を知っていましたら、ぜひ教えて下さいね？

I like Yatsuhashi which is a souvenir of Kyoto .
I think Yatsuhashi is with cinnamon .
京都土産の八つ橋にまぶしてある粉も、シナモンだったような気がします。違うかも？
