今週も始まりましたね～♪
How did you spend your time last weekend?
先週の週末、主人の実家に行き、大根を引っこ抜いてもらい、お家へ持って帰ってきました！
How lucky I am!
その時の写真なのですが、こんなにりっぱな大根なのに、小さい方だと言うのです！！Oh my goodness!
最近、お野菜が苦手な方が多いですね？
When I was growing up, we had no one who complained about food.
あの頃、食べないと叱られたり、立たされたり、廊下で2時間食べられなくて立った事もあります。
I guess, we don’t have any strict rules about eating anymore…
物が増えてしまった事で、何を食べても何を飲んでも、人は満足しなくなったのでしょうか。
However, all the vegetables have the meaning and they are very important to human body.
体で作られる体力や知能はやはり食から来るので、好き嫌いしているのであれば、それを克服する様、努力した方が今後得ですね♪
My husband is one of them. 主人は前お野菜が苦手でした。でも、私はお野菜派。お野菜が大好きな私なので、お野菜のお食事を作るのが多かったです。
He didn’t like vegetables for a while but he got used to eating them.
私の影響もあって、お野菜を食べる機会が増え、彼も徐々にお野菜を食べられるようになりました。
Now, he likes to eat vegetables everyday! 最近は毎日食べる様になり、本当にえらい子に育ちました！
好き嫌いは食べ物だけ。
We think it is an easy problem.
しかし！！！好き嫌いがあると、自分自身の事を好き嫌いする人が出て来るのです。それは人も同じで、同じ食事を学校や職場でする中で、一緒に食事をとる時に、他の人は無意識のうちに見ているのです。
We need to think right!
正しい知識を植え付ける為にも、食事はきちんと取りましょう！
なぜ、食べる必要があるのか。
考えてみると不思議で楽しいですね！

Whem I'm a child,I didn't like a green pepper.
But I conquered with curry powder.
All the vegetables are loved now.
By the way, vegetables was delicious ancient time better than now.
