昨日、私はお友達と国際通りを1時間半程度、健康の為に歩いてきました。
First it was a bit cold but after walking for 20 minutes or so, I became very hot and took off my jacket!
昨日はだいぶ寒かったはずなのですが、歩く事でとても体がぽかぽかになり、良い運動になりました。
We’ve talked about our life style to what is going on with military now a day. Since the alcohol restriction is seriously strong now, Okinawa city business is not going so great.
軍の中でも規制が厳しくなっていて、10時以降はお酒を飲む事や買う事さえ出来なくなっているそうです。それもこれも少数の情けない軍人の過ちからなのです。
He feels it is not fair for other military people but the order is order.
逆らう事は出来ません。しかし、飲酒の問題は今に始まった事ではあまりないそうです。ただ、飲み方を間違える軍人が増えているのは確かな様です。
Walking down the international street in Okinawa made me feel Okinawa is still alive and there are many businesses on that street.
北谷町が栄え始めてから国際通りがだいぶ落ち込んでしまったと聞いていたので、今回歩いて色々なお店が新しく出来ていたり、昔からあるカステラ屋さんがまだあるのを見て、とても嬉しかったです。
We went for walking because he brings his son to cram school so he has some spare time so I decided to walk with him for about an hour between my classes.
Well, my students, what do you do for exercise? If you exercise, do you do it for fun or do you exercise because you think you need to do it.
二通りの考えがあるのなら、どちらかと言うと楽しみでやっている方がもちろん体の為にも良いですし、楽に楽しめますよね♪
Please tell me how you exercise and if you haven’t started to exercise, what do you want to do if you had time?

Yes, we are having a great weather!
I am happy and yet, today 18th is getting pretty cold again...
I love winter...
