Tropical island of Hawaii!!
今回私は、ハワイのマウイ島とオアフ島へ行って来ました。I brought our handicapped uncle to see the Haleakala Mountain at the national park.
ハレアカラへはおよそ１時間半～２時間程度で着きます。
We went to see the sunrise. 日の出を見に行ったので、早朝にホテルをチェックアウトしました。We left the hotel around 3 A.M. It was still pitch dark (真っ暗).
To get to the top of the mountain, I have to drive the narrow and winding road so I need to drive very carefully. 道は狭すぎる訳ではないのですが、策がないだけとても危険なドライブでした。
However, fortunately, I got to the top of the mountain on time. ５時３８分に日が上る８分前に無事着きました。
驚く事にすでに観光客が集まっていて、駐車場は満車になりかけていました。
I thought, “Wow”. People woke up much earlier than me!! Good for them!
そのお客さんと混じって朝日を見る事が出来ました。
ハレアカラ山は高さ３０００メートルと言われています。
富士山が３８００メートルですので、かなり高いやまだと思います。

Hawaii always reminds me of the blue sea.

Yes, I had a great time in Hawaii although it was a business trip.
I hope to take a vacation trip someday because I usually have business trips.
