私の今日は相変わらず朝から忙しく目が回る様な一日です！
今日は「難しい人に対してどう対応するか」という課題について勉強していきましょう！（最近生徒に聞かれた難問（むずかしい問題）の一つです。）
1. Observe your reaction: まず自分の反応を確かめてみましょう！
a. The person can be truly difficult or you are viewing from the wrong angle. もしかしたら、相手を見る自分の見かたに手違いがあるかも？
2. Although that person makes a sudden move, be patient and avoid conflict. もちろん、忍耐力（がまん）があっても苦しい時はありますが、衝突を避けよう！
a. It is difficult (hard) but do not get trapped in this world of no point. 難しいですが話しても仕方がない時は、他の観点（見かた）から考えよう！
3. From reaction to response in your process. 反応から応答へ すぐに返事しちゃだめ！
a. Wait for 10 seconds and inhale and exhale. まず呼吸をちゃんとしているかを確かめて！
